Tourisme Charlevoix

About the Region

A celebrated UNESCO World Bisophere Reserve, the Charlevoix also represents the history of a strong and proud people who toiled long and hard to build their nation and develop their flair for hospitality. Year after year, they welcomed American vacationers sailing on the famous White Ships who were attracted by the area’s fresh sea air and truly magical light.

Discover the Charlevoix’s vast territory, extending from the boundaries of Le Massif to the Parc marin near Tadoussac, and gathering Petite-Rivière-St-François, Baie-Ste-Catherine, Baie-St-Paul, Les Éboulements, Saint-Irénée, La Malbaie and Saint-Siméon into its fold. Its stunning Mountain Sector embraces two national parks: Les Grands-Jardins  and Le Parc des Hautes-Gorges-de-la-Rivière-Malbaie.
